It is it our mission at R Plumbing to go above and beyond every day as a matter course. A lot of plumbers specialise in certain aspects of the trade, and we don’t knock that. But we like to keep our hands and heads in the whole trade, always learning new things and finding new friends and partners to work with. That way we can take what each of us is experienced in and teach each other to be better technicians. The old saying goes “If your only tool is a hammer, every problem starts to look like a nail” and it’s just so true. Nowhere is this more evident than in complex problems where lots of techs throw expensive parts at the problem rather than work out the real cause. This is not our way, diagnosing the problem and fixing it is. We look at your situation at each job so that we can recommend the proper course of action for you, not for our bottom line. We make calls and run ideas by each other, we ask questions, and we take the time to think about it. We won’t cut corners to pad our profit margin and we refuse to burn your money for our own convenience.  We apply this same philosophy to everything we do. It’s about balance and being straightforward with our clients. Our goal is not to be the cheapest plumber in the market, nor is it to be the most expensive or even the most profitable. Our goal is to be the best. We want to be the only plumber you ever need or want to call. That’s just how we roll.
